What are the
benefits of this program?
- This is a discount service
for customers within our circle of influence
from our office.
- JSI will help prevent future
expensive service calls with regular printer
tune-ups.
- End-users will vastly understand
their printer and rip for maximum productivity.
- JSI can perform Roland warranty
work before your printer breaks and shuts down.
- Customers that are "Out
of Warranty" will pay reduced hourly rates
for service work.
How often will JSI service/sales
tech visit your office?
- If you are having problems
with your machine, let us know.
- JSI wants to establish a
close working relationship with all of our printer
customers.
- Customers will know exactly
who to call with any questions about their printer.
Can customers expect this
level of service w/o buying ink and media from
JSI?
- All equipment and printers
sell at discounts and have very low margins
for the dealers.
- JSI is required by Roland
to service "In Warranty" printers
that we install and sell.
- Roland pays JSI a fee for
"In Warranty" service work.
- Roland does not pay for any
of the Customer Care/support that JSI is providing.
- JSI's payment for our "Customer
Care Program" is monthly ink and media
sales.

- Expect to pay industry standard
rates if not buying all ink and media from JSI.
- With your ink and media support,
JSI will work out a "Nominal Charge"
for a CCP
visits on a scheduled basis.
- The "Nominal Charge"
will be based on ink & media volume and
distant the printer is located from our office.
What can be expected in
a typical visit from JSI service/sales tech?
- No
more than 30 minutes of your time unless you
need help with tips and tricks.
- Basic
consulting on your ink and media consumption
and questions.
