enough to hold up to the abrasion
these activities require. Now Convex
materials offer the High Bond Grip
adhesive and durable lamination
with added conformability for these
applications. Thermal printers and
solvent printers print the Gloss
or Matte Convex.
Laminate with Convex 8 mil or Proshield
12 mil laminate. Put your laminated
image back in your cutter and cut
out the decals. Often 2 and 3 pass

Thicker
is better with Convex laminate. Many
markets will ask for thick decals. And
now that you know where to get it, you
can produce 8, 12, 16 and even 24 mil.
thick decals by printing on Convex base
vinyl and then laminating with another
8 mil Convex or Pro-ShieldT laminate.
This will give you a durable decal with
the print sandwiched between the base
vinyl and the laminate. If you want
a tougher laminate, try our Pro-Shield.
It is currently available up to 20 mils
thick (.020").
